Lavia Paul, the Cleveland woman who killed Kiara Jackson near the entrance of the Cleveland
Metroparks’ Mill Creek Falls, has learned her fate. Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Judge William Vodrey sentenced Paul to 20 years in prison on Thursday. In addition, she will be subject to post-release control for 2-5 years.
